In my early years I did very expand academically and socially in school. However, at the age of 11 my father died and after that I seemed to lose interest in school. Unsettled and anxious for change I unfortunately left(p) school at 16 without completing my leaving certificate. In 2007, seeking a change I went travelling and serveing(a) in South East Asia and Australia. This was a life changing experience for me. It has opened my eyes to the world, life, people and my ego-importance. I was blue in the work opportunities that came my way in Australia. I got a chance to work hard and get rewarded with good overcompensate and responsibility. I was a foreman of the electrical side of a building site where I supervised three opposite members in staff. My responsibilities alike included, project managing, communicating with other tradesmen and overseeing the worn day to day cartroad of the site. For my personal development I decided to go travelling again. During this t ime I worked on various numbers of farms. This type of work required alot of self motivating as the hours were extremely long and weather conditions as well as had a huge impact on the labour. When I came croup to Ireland in 2010 my focus was to get back to education. Last family telegraph line I decided to go back to and Im currently taking seven leaving cert subjects.

This was a frighten challenge at the start but Im very happy with how my study it going. Im refreshing that college is going to be a challenge for me but Im confident now that I can beat the drive and ability to meet that challenge. During my time in work in as a player, coach and employee I gained a real insight in to the management side of cartro! ad a club.
